NOTE: After purchasing an exam, the email connected to your NAHRO account will receive a message asking to confirm your information and choose a date for the exam to open. When responding, you can also include any comments or accommodation requests.
Once Professional Development receives your response, we will set up your exam in ClassMarker. Following this, you will receive an email from a ClassMarker no-reply address with your login information for the exam.

Other Information:
- The exam purchase comes with two attempts. The second exam can be taken immediately after the first and must be taken within the two-week exam window.
- Each attempt has a two-hour time limit that does not stop if the browser is closed.
- You will receive an exam certificate after passing. All certification applications (Except the NCC) require the attachment of an exam certificate.
